We strongly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment is available also to avoid disappointment. If you are unsure of what to book our therapists will advise and recommend treatments to suit your requirements.
Our treatments include a consultation and aftercare advice therefore, we recommend you arrive ten minutes prior to your first appointment to allow yourself time to complete the compulsory health questionnaire and to relax.
Treatment reservations can be made by telephoning the salon directly on 01698886760, emailing us or by using our Online Booking System.
Cancellations / Terms and Conditions
Clients who wish to cancel or re-schedule their appointment are kindly requested to providetwenty-four hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee.
Cancellations within 3 hours or no shows will incur a charge of the full cost of treatment.
Clients can notify us via telephone, email or direct message.
We take details from clients when booking appointments into the diary.
Late Arrivals
Should you arrive late for your treatment we will do our best to honour your full treatment time however, it may be necessary to shorten or cancel your appointment for the consideration of other clients.

Health Matters
Please confirm any medical conditions that we should be aware of at the time of booking. If you are pregnant, please let us know and we will be happy to advise you of the treatments we can offer you at this special time.
As the health and well-being of our clients is our first consideration unfortunately, some treatments may not be suitable for our clients with certain medical conditions or pregnant clients.
We ask that you please advise us if you could be pregnant, are pregnant, any medical conditions you may have, injuries, recent surgery, allergies or if you are undergoing medical treatment when making your booking. In certain instance written consent from your GP may be required prior to treatment.
Some treatments will require a skin sensitivity patch test up to forty-eight hours before your treatment. You will be advised at the time of booking if this is necessary.
Guarantee
At Bonita Elegante we are very proud of our high standards and guarantee all of our work. If you are dissatisfied with any of the treatments you have received, please notify us within five days and we will invite you back in and carry out services necessary to provide complete
satisfaction.
Our goals are the same; you require a wonderful treatment and we do not want you to be disappointed.
Cash refunds are not available.

Looking for a gift? All our treatments are available for sale gift vouchers which are available for any monetary value or beauty treatment. These can be purchased in the salon, a great idea to solve the dilemma of what to buy that special someone.
Vouchers can only be exchanged for treatments and products. Gift Vouchers purchased are non-refundable.

Going the Extra Mile
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require a tailor-made package or an appointment outside our official opening hours we will always be as accommodating as possible.
If during your treatment you would like the lighting, music, massage pressure or room temperature to be altered please inform your therapist at any time during the treatment.
Parking
Parking is not available directly outside the salon due to double yellow lines, however there is up to 2 hours Free Parking available behind Lodge St Thomas, Wellgate Street Larkhall, ML9 2AG.
Electrotherapy Treatments
Due to the nature of Electrotherapy treatments and the equipment used, if the client has any of the following conditions would be prevented from from receiving the treatment have conditions that would be contraindications to the client which would prevent them from receiving the treatment.
These could be:
Pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices.
Epilepsy.
Pregnancy (client or therapist).
Cancer.
Thrombosis.
Phlebitis.
Metal plates or pins in the application area.
Under a physician's care for a disorder, illness, disease, or injury.
Please discuss this with the therapist if you have any of the above conditions to establish if
this would prevent any treatment being carried out.
LED
Dermalux Flex MD is a non-invasive treatment that delivers clinically proven therapeutic light energy for rejuvenating and corrective benefits. Specific wavelengths are absorbed by the skin to stimulate cell renewal and collagen production, resolve problem skin conditions such as acne and redness and accelerate skin healing. It is a safe and pain free treatment without downtime.

LED Phototherapy
Phototherapy, meaning ‘Treatment with Light’ is the application of low-level light energy to stimulate or regulate biological process with proven therapeutic effects.
LED Phototherapy is well evidenced for its regenerative and anti-inflammatory benefits without creating trauma making it safe and suitable for all skin types. The treatment involves exposing the skin to low levels of beneficial light energy from the visible and infrared part of the light spectrum.

The Dermalux Flex MD is effective in the treatment and management of a wide range of cosmetic and medical skin indications as part of an overall skin care protocol.

With the Dermalux Flex MD, treatment results are cumulative, and sessions taken in close succession are generally recommended.
The number of treatments required to achieve optimum results may be subject to a number of factors which should be discussed during the consultation to manage client expectations.
These include age, skin type, severity of indication, lifestyle factors and other procedures that may be included in the overall treatment programme.
12 Flex MD treatments are generally recommended for all indications at a frequency of 2 sessions per week. Clients should be reviewed at the end of the course to assess progress and further treatments may then be advised as required.
A 24-hour time period between treatments is generally recommended for inflammatory conditions such as acne, redness and sensitive skin however for general skin rejuvenation, treatments can be taken in daily succession.
Due to cell activation, results can last for several weeks following a course of Dermalux treatments. However, regular maintenance treatments are advised to extend results as part of an on-going skin health programme.
